The meeting was called to order by Dennis followed by the pledge to the flag. There were 12 members present.

Last month’s minutes were approved with the motion by Sonny, second by OV.

Kevin gave a financial report, and it was approved with the motion by Le and the second by Sonny.

Dennis reported that the Club had received an invitation to the Christmas Open House at South Fork at the Visitors Center. Two of the potties have been moved up on Pool Table, one at Blowout Pass and the other at Chickenfoot. The truck has been repaired and is ready to go when the snow arrives. Grooming will begin on Dec. 1^st.

The Club voted to invite the Powderbusters to our Christmas party to be held on Dec. 13^th. Edna reported on the plans that have been made for this social.

George updated on the ATV and snowmobile rides.

Our trails map has been updated with some minor changes and will be sent to the printers.

Our meeting date will remain the last Tuesday in the month.

Membership dues are due Dec. 15^th.

The floor was open for nominations other than the two submitted by the committee, and there were none. Dwayne will serve as VP and Kevin will remain as Treasurer. George made the motion, second by OV. Motion passed.

The club is in need of someone to fill the position of Social Coordinator. The Powers have served for two years, and need a replacement.

The Club will sponsor X-C skiing this month. A definite day has not been set.

There will be a board meeting on Dec. 3^rd.

The FFOF award was given to Harolena for not telling George to watch out for the rock that overturned their sled.

Le won the 50-50 drawing.
